Original Linocut Print "Lobster Season 2023" Suminagashi Black Lobster - Unique Print

To make these unique prints is a multi day process. I make the suminagashi print and press and dry the paper. Then hand print the lobster design onto the suminagashi paper. Suminagashi translates to floating ink on water. My suminagashi prints are special in that I make these outside using winds and water to make completely original designs.

Each piece is hand printed on acid free, natural, white rice paper. Protected with archival quality backing board and clear sleeve. Designed for this 2023  lobster season, prints will be made only during the season. Once the season ends these prints will no longer be available for purchase.

NOTE: design is hand carved and each piece is a hand printed original. Due to the nature of this item there may be minor variations in image placement and ink density.
